Thank you, thank you very much. As a property manager, one of my tasks is to evict anyone who does not comply with California and city law. This process can be extremely expensive and complicated. Ms. Ruiz-Merroth guided me "step by step" through the process, successfully. The most human thing I observed in her, is how even though I am the "Plaintiff", Ms. Maria made sure that the entire process was confidential, thus avoiding staining the credit of the tenants or Renteros, as I call them.
Of the 5 cases that were processed, 3 have already been evicted and 2 were able to negotiate in Mediation, in which Ms. Ruiz-Merroth is recognized and respected. Thank you again. Oh I forgot to say, in 3 cases the Summon/Complaint were not initiated, as we were able to negotiate outside of Court, for the tenants to leave our properties by mutual agreement.
