Immigration Services

Immigrants–together with USA-born workers–are the engine that drives America's spirit of innovation and economic growth.

The U.S. immigrant population is steadily growing, and many immigrants are unable to afford the services of an immigration attorney, especially during and after the COVID-19 era.   According to the USCIS, anyone may provide limited, non-legal help with immigration forms and charge for those services.  However, the states determine the qualifications required, including whether or not you need to be an attorney.

Per your request, we can assist you in completing your immigration requirements applications.  We are not attorneys, so we cannot provide legal advice, select the form for you, or represent you.  We can only help you to *translate (Spanish) the forms you select and complete them, and write it on the forms you selected,  based on the immigration status you are seeking.

SOS Para Legal may provide non-legal immigration services. Generally, these are services that do not require an attorney.   Examples of non-legal immigration services include:

  • Helping people complete immigration forms  and applications
  • Translating a person’s answers to questions on the immigration forms.
  • Help a person collect supporting documents, such as birth certificates, or other vital records that may be needed to complete immigration forms, and to get ready to be mail/e-filed to USCIS.
  • Making referrals to ethical attorneys to provide legal representation in an immigration matter.

We highly recommend AVVO in the understanding that sometimes people may need services that only an attorney or an accredited representative can provide.  Please search by practice area and city in USA.
